The house
You know the feeling: a gorgeous property, and a website that looks nothing like it. Dark photos, a page that takes ten seconds to load, a contact form that goes nowhere.
Casa Marea is an imaginary hotel. We built it to show you what we do: simple, fast websites in three languages, for five-to-ten-room properties run by families who still answer on WhatsApp.

The subscription covers hosting, the domain name, updates and one hour of changes per month. On Basic there is nothing to maintain, so no subscription: changes are billed per request.

Our story
For our honeymoon we spent weeks on hotel websites. Beautiful places run by families, with impossible sites: dark photos, slow pages, booking emails that never got an answer.
We ended up booking through a platform. The hotel paid close to twenty percent commission on a stay it could have sold itself.
92 Media House was born there. We make websites for small properties, five to ten rooms, run by families. Beautiful, fast, in three languages, with a booking flow that fits you: sometimes an engine, often just WhatsApp.

How it works
On WhatsApp or a video call. You tell us about your property, your guests and how you take bookings today.
You get a link to your site, with your photos and your name, before you have paid anything.
If you like it, we finish it together in two rounds. If not, we leave it there, no charge.
Questions
Yes. The domain name is in your name and we hand you the files. You can stop the subscription and move elsewhere whenever you want.
We retouch yours. If that is not enough, we recommend a photographer near you, as an option. A beautiful template with bad photos is still an ugly site, so we talk about it from day one.
Two weeks after we receive your photos and texts. The welcome guide on its own is delivered in forty-eight hours.
With the subscription it is included: you message us, it is done the same day. On Basic, without subscription, we bill per request.
No, it complements them. Platforms get you found. Your site converts the travellers who already found you, without commission.
French, English and Spanish are included. Other languages on request.
Neither do we. On Basic there is no software, no account, no dashboard. A site, a WhatsApp button, and that is it.
